摘要: SUMMARY Chemotactic activities of circulating polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMN) were determined in twenty patients with psoriasis and healthy control persons. After serial dilution the complement split product C5a formylated tripeptide f-met-Ieu-phe (FMLP), chemotaxis profiles showed that PMN migration toward both chemotaxins was significantly increased psoriasis. In addition, from psoriatic responded to at much lower concentrations compared controls. The liberation (lysosomal) β-glucuronidase also cytochalasin B-treated cells confronted chemotaxins. Secretion this marker enzyme started derived patients. Our observations demonstrate migratory secretory hyper-responsiveness patients. This may play a role perpetuating tissue reaction.
