摘要: Abstract A reproducible turbidimetric technique has been modified in order to permit estimation of total lipids micro quantities serum dried on glass fiber paper. Serum proteins were bound fiber, thereby, eliminating need for centrifugation or filtration lipid extracts. Bloor extract known concentration appeared suitable standardization purposes. After establishing optimal test conditions, measurements made by the proposed 100 sera agreed favorably with results yielded De La Huerga 3 method. Moreover, application procedure collected from 80 clinically healthy males suggested that concentrations increase age.
