摘要: The impact of DST 5 and 6 satellite sounding data on mid-range forecasting was studied. GISS temperature technique, the time-continuous four-dimensional assimilation procedure based optimal statistical analysis, forecast model, verification techniques developed, including local precipitation forecasts are described. It is found that substantial beneficial for winter test period, Jan. 29 - Feb. 21. 1976.
