摘要: This paper analyses the system of actors involved in development residential tourism on north east coast Brazil. The study observes socio-political effects 2001-2008 real estate boom, focused promotion second homes closed areas. Stakeholder Analysis (SA) is used to identify various actors’ roles and positions within a particular social space tourist setting which exposed transnational interests. method reveals an unequal conflict-ridden reality. results show that shapes local configuration, strengthening some (urban developers, companies) whilst positioning others situation dependence (local communities, cities).
