摘要: The article presents preliminary results of investigation on structure, morphology and mechanical properties boron nitride thin films prepared by pulsed laser deposition various steel substrates. In order to improve adhesion reduce internal stresses, substrates were subjected gas nitriding. To increase ionization in the chamber provide deposited particles with higher energy RF discharge generator was used. Structure coatings examined atomic force microscopy (AFM) Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Mechanical like nanohardness (sclerometric) elastic modulus (using approach curves) characterized UNMT. Adhesion measured scratch tests; critical load determined basis microscopic observation friction acoustic emission runs. On obtained results, possibility using as substrate for BN confirmed. Stable, crystalline, multiphase good obtained. It also proved that their strongly depend type substrate. next stage tribological BN, will be particular terms wear resistance coefficient between steel.
