摘要: The purpose of this study was to determine the biochemical composition fluid taken from chronic wounds, compare these values with that serum, and therefore assess whether wound is representative extracellular environment wound. Paired blood samples were collected eight patients leg ulcers in a nonhealing healing phase. Wound serum screened for profile general analyses, including electrolytes, lactate, glucose, protein analyses. Electrolyte levels essentially identical samples. Lactate lactate dehydrogenase significantly greater glucose bicarbonate lower when compared paired Albumin total on average half those levels. In small sample patients, an exudate expected fluid. addition, increase C-reactive decrease fluid, but remain unchanged during healing. These results suggest changes state hypoxia inflammatory process
