摘要: PURPOSE The aim of this study was to compare low-dose imaging with gadobutrol and gadoterate meglumine (Gd-DOTA) for evaluation renal artery stenosis 3-T magnetic resonance angiography (MRA) in a swine model. METHOD AND MATERIALS A total 12 experimental animals were evaluated using equivalently dosed Gd-DOTA time-resolved static imaging. For imaging, the stochastic trajectories (TWIST) technique (temporal footprint, 4.4 seconds) used; dose 1 mL injected at 2 mL/s both 4 mL/s. separate acquisition, doses doubled. scans used gradation comparison enhancement dynamics, signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), qualitative assessments. RESULTS average magnitude difference measurements relative digital subtraction intra-arterial catheter (mean [SD], 7.4% [5.6%]) less than (10.6% [6.2%]) (11.5% [7.8%]) MRA protocols. On scans, peak greatest protocol (P < 0.05), TWIST scan preferred terms image quality visualization every case reader. CONCLUSION Low-dose (~0.05 mmoL/kg) contrast-enhanced results improved accuracy assessments 3 T.
