摘要: Abstract Acrylamide is a hydropholic fluorescence quencher that nonetheless readily enters the hydrophobic interior of detergent micelles in aqueous solution. No such movement observed between bulk and organic phases. Bimolecular quenching constants both normal reverse indicate micellized pyrene by acrylamide diffusional process. Considerations energy transfer from donor to solubilized acceptor, I 1 / 3 ratios probe, comparison with bromide ions suggest hydrocarbon extremity has ability penetrate across polarity boundary quench probe located just inside it.
