摘要: RAPD markers were used to detect DNA polymorphisms in callus tissues maintained at different auxin and cytokinin combinations. There is a higher level of genetic variablity tissue with the highest kinetin versus 2, 4-D concentration. Callus subcultured 4.0 mg/L 2,4-D combination showed high similarity can be recommended as more suitable sources for industrial procedures extraction natural products such secondary metabolites since protocols easily standardized using genetically uniform materials. The diversity C. peruvianus cultured 8.0 indicates this matrix vitro selection cell lines production. are, therefore, effective tools useful detecting polymorphism well identification
