摘要: Electrophoretic patterns for isocitrate dehydrogenase (IDH; EC 1.1.1.42), acid phosphatase (ACP; 3.1.3.2), peroxidase (PER; 1.11.1.7), and esterase (EST; 3.1.1.1) isozymes were determined inCereus peruvianus tissues used as markers of genetic uniformity calli the plants regenerated from callus cultures. One IDH, six ACP, PER, EST induced in cultured medium containing three 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic kinetin combinations. Four two still present all plantsin vitro therefore can be theC. tissues. The differential ACP IDH similar zymograms PER presented by a comparison 2 years. comparative analysis within each enzyme system indicated mean heterogeneity coefficient 0.33 forC. Because isozyme variations, which developed culture transferred to plants, systems considered good investigating possible variations plant populations ofC. obtainedin culture.
