摘要: In this work, a novel sensor for detecting hydrogen peroxide was constructed on the base of nanotubular TiO2 and platinum nanoparticles. The morphology, structural, electrochemical properties Pt/TiO2 nanocomposite electrodes were characterized by SEM, XRD methods. With an operating potential +0.3 V versus Ag/AgCl, produces catalytic oxidation currents at electrode, which can be exploited quantitative determinations. amperometric signals are linearly proportional to concentration in range 4×10−6 1.25×10−3 M. regression equation is I (μA)=0.85 c (mM)+0.16 with correction coefficient 0.997. At signal-to-noise ratio 3, detection limit 4.0 μM H2O2 observed electrode. addition, has good stability reproducibility. construction process simple inexpensive. results demonstrated that exhibits great prospect developing class ideal bioreactors biosensors.
