摘要: This chapter investigates the fabrication of metallic nanowire arrays and their application as sensors or biosensors to determine glucose, glutamate H2O2. Nanowire-based material provides a very high electrochemically active surface area, thereby leading detection sensitivity. To date, noble metals, such platinum (Pt), gold (Au), silver (Ag) alloys, have been extensively investigated anodic materials in design non-enzymatic sensor surfaces. Vertically aligned structures free-standing are particularly useful for sensing biosensing applications due sensitivity interactions. Although nanowires fabricated by various methods, simple technique which incurs reasonable costs practical is highly desired. In this chapter, template-based Au, Pt nickel (Ni) will be described. These characterized using X-ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy transmission microscopy. The catalytic activity suitability these electrochemical cyclic voltammetry amperometry.
