Facile one-pot solvothermal synthesis of CdTe nanorods and their photoelectrical properties

摘要: Uniform CdTe NRs were synthesized by a one-pot PVP-assisted solvothermal process under mild conditions. By adjusting the reaction temperature and amounts of surfactant reducing agent, 80 ± 30 nm in diameter 300–500 length prepared. It was found that uniform can be obtained reacting 0.4 g PVP, 5.0 ml AAAS 2 mL CdCl2·2.5H2O aqueous solution at 150 °C for 12 h. assembling into photodetectors, photocurrent 2.51 μA responsivity 0.106 A W−1 illumination 650 pulsed incident light period 120 s 300 K, laser power 23.7 μW bias voltage +1.0 V. The rise time decay device to 81 84 s, respectively.
