摘要: The oogenesis of the Crustacea Amphipoda Orchestia gammarellus can be divided in five stages taking into consideration both oocyte ultrastructure and physiology ovary. primary oogonium (12 micron diameter) is lodged within germinative zone: after division, daughter cell (or secondary oogonium) leaves this area enters meiotic prophase. Stage I represented by with visible chromosomes (12-18 cytoplasmic which comparable to that oogonium. II or previtellogenesis characterized a considerable growth (18-80 becomes enriched ribosomes vesicles rough endoplasmic reticulum; does not yet contain any vitelline reserve (proteinaceous lipid). III vitellogenesis (80-160 typified synthetic activity reticulum, corresponding an endogenous accumulation proteinaceous yolk. IV (160-800 only appears during period reproduction; means endocytosis accumulates yolk spheres addition lipid droplets, origin uncertain; towards end vitellogenesis, cortical granules become feature noted for first time Crustacea. last stage maturation (800 starts right before immediately exuviation female ends fertilization.
