摘要: Histochemical characterisation of ooplasm and yolk granules in different stages oocyte maturation the ovary was made freshwater fairy shrimpStreptocephalus dichotomus. In stage I oocyte, is reactive to basic acidic groups protein, aromatic such as tryptophenyl tyrosyl sulphur containing substances. The other organic compounds include acid mucopolysaccharide lipids. II sudanophilic lipoidal substances appear coinciding with formation. Stage III oocytes are characterised by abundance which rich sulphated well glycogen. Besides these, presence phosphatase activity nurse cell also noticed its functional role relation vitellogenesis discussed.
