摘要: Dextrocardia refers to the position of heart in right side chest. It is a rare clinical phenomenon with reported incidence 1 5,000-30,000. Although there variation terminology and classification regard dextrocardia, condition right-sided situs solitus most commonly referred as dextroversion. The authors report case dextroversion patient who presented their hospital for evaluation chest pain on exertion. Cardiac catheterization produced unfamiliar angiographic images, but was no severe technical problem during coronary angiography. Apart from dextroversion, further cardiac or noncardiac anomaly found.
