摘要: Proto-oncogenes are a restricted set of cellular genes that frequent targets for mutational alterations in human cancer. Many these were originally identified because they had nucleotide sequence similarity with transforming found acutely retroviruses. The viral oncogene (v-onc) was derived from its homolog (c-one) by genetic recombination and the process insertion into genome acquired structural alterations. detailed comparison structure as compared proto-oncogene has provided critical information on nature mutations obligatory changing normal protein one ability.
