摘要: Allergic contact dermatitis, the clinical manifestation of hypersensitivity, is one most common disorders skin. It elicited upon multiple cutaneous re-exposure sensitized individuals to sensitizing agent. In this study, we demonstrate that using IL-18 binding protein (IL-18BP) neutralize significantly reduced symptoms in a murine model hypersensitivity. Furthermore, IL-18BP alleviated relapses during established disease, as indicated by significant protection mice had previously undergone hypersensitivity response without treatment.
