摘要: This paper describes the development of Ag-specific proliferation and production IFN-gamma IL-2 during contact sensitivity (CS) to hapten picryl chloride (PCl). Lymph node cells from mice immunized with PCl proliferate produce when re-exposed specific Ag in vitro. Time course experiments showed that peak occurred at days 3 4 after immunization, a sharp decline by day 6. In contrast, peaked but persisted up 10.
