摘要: Stereoselective binding of oxazepam, lorazepam, temazepam and methyl lorazepam as well their acetates to human serum albumin was investigated by different techniques. The 2'-chlorine the N(1)-methyl substitution exert opposite effects on antipodes. Enantiomers oxazepam acetate (OAc) (LAc) displace diazepam. Allosteric interactions with warfarin were manifested either mutually increased or decreased depending structure benzodiazepine configuration both warfarin. most remarkable effect could be observed in simultaneous (S)-lorazepam (S)-warfarin.
