摘要: Prostatic lesions such as prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PIN) and proliferative inflammatory atrophy (PIA) are studied in human canine species due to their malignance potential. The plasminogen activator (PA) system has been suggested play a central role cell adhesion, angiogenesis, inflammation, tumor invasion. urokinase-type receptor (uPAR) is component of the PA, with range expression stromal cells.
