How do self-concept differentiation and self-concept clarity interrelate in predicting sense of personal identity?

摘要: Abstract Research has established that there are individual differences in the self-structure, and they relevant for an individual's psychological social functioning. However, little is known about how interrelate to predict certain outcomes. The present study focused on two such – self-concept differentiation clarity examined influence of relationship between sense identity, first as a mediator, secondly moderator. Self-concept was found mediate this relationship, with no direct effect identity. No support moderating clarity. Results interpreted extending previously reported data regarding relative independence significance constructs.
