摘要: Reactive oxygen species have multiple effects on vascular cells. Defining the sources and impact of various reactive within vessel wall has emerged as a major area study in biology. This review will focus recent findings related to cerebral tone. Effects superoxide radical, hydrogen peroxide, nitrogen peroxynitrite are summarized. Although higher concentrations may be important for biology disease, relatively low function signaling molecules involved with normal regulation The mechanisms by which affect tone quite complex, our understanding these processes is increasing. Additionally, role mediators endothelium-dependent relaxation addressed. Finally, consequences molecular interactions nitric oxide arachidonic acid discussed.
