摘要: Abstract High density polyethylene (HDPE) binary and ternary composites were developed reinforcing coated calcium carbonate (CaCO3) NanoClay for various industrial applications. The fillers melt blended with HDPE using Brabender mixer sampled compression molding. effects of on tensile strength, toughness, impact strength hardness analyzed significant improvement was observed in both composites. results showed that Young's modulus increased up to 22.5% the Nanocomposite. addition CaCO3 mechanical as compared composite. increase around 27.7% 118% 55.4% 15% observed, while composite more promising result regarding stiffness.
