摘要: Yoga is the Sanskrit word for ‘union’, and through practice of yoga mind, body breath are united. During pregnancy one lives breathes with her baby becomes aware thoughts, movements emotions; so it seems only natural that these should be included in practice. These changes reflected supported by practices affirmation, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques) asana (poses) to help unite breath. By deepening awareness growing this way, can enhance embrace all stages prepare herself mentally, physically emotionally labor, giving birth, motherhood. Keywords: Bliss yoga, Stages Pregnancy.
