The presence of lysosome-like particles in Ehrlich ascites tumor cells has been demonstrated by the use biochemical methods. intracellular distribution pattern 4 lysosomal marker enzymes (deoxyribonuclease II, aryl sulfatase, acid phosphotase, and β-galactosidase) demonstration latency these were two major criteria applied to identification organelles particulate fraction obtained differential centrifugation.
