摘要: Detection of K-ras mutations at codon 12 constitutes one modality for diagnosis pancreatic tumors. We attempted to detect in DNA from bile collected through percutaneous transhepatic choledochal drainage (PTCD) tubes as a diagnostic approach biliary strictures.
