摘要: Overweight and obesity are highly prevalent in developed countries also becoming more frequent the developing world. obese patients have elevated levels of several inflammatory markers this state might contribute to their increased vascular risk. We summarize effects lifestyle changes, antiobesity agents, bariatric surgery on serological overweight patients. Most studies showed a decrease inflammation with all 3 interventions. However, it remains be established whether induced by changes or (where indicated) agents will translate into reduced morbidity mortality
