摘要: Ketamine exerts rapid and robust antidepressant properties in both animal models depressed patients tramadol possesses potential effects. Brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) is an important biomarker for mood disorders tropomyosin-related kinase B (TrkB) a high affinity catalytic receptor BDNF.We hypothesized that pretreatment might reinforce ketamine-elicited effects with significant changes hippocampal BDNF TrkB levels rats. Immobility time of rats receiving different treatment the forced swimming test (FST) was observed. Levels hippocampus were measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay. Results showed (5 mg/kg) administrated alone neither elicited nor altered or level. However, enhanced ketamine (10 -elicited upregulated hippocampus. In conclusion, reinforces effects, which associated increased rat
