摘要: Objectives: To determine whether serum levels of adenosine deaminase (AD), catalase (CAT), and carbonic anhydrase (CA) enzymes may be useful biomarkers in the diagnosis renal tumors lead to early tumors.Material methods: The study included 33 patients with cell carcinoma (RCC) 31 healthy controls. activity AD, CA, CAT was determined analyzed using Giusti spectrophotometric method, H2O2 substrate, C02 hydration, respectively. Results: Serum AD CA were significantly higher RCC than However, lower controls. Conclusion: These markers might potentially important as an additional biochemical tool for diagnosing RCC. We believe multidisciplinary studies are needed plan patients’ preoperative postoperative treatment create follow-up protocols.
