摘要: Abstract Activities of adenosine deaminase (ADA), 5′nucleotidase (5NT), xanthine oxidase (XO), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and catalase (CAT) enzymes were measured in cancerous cancer-free adjacent bladder tissues from 36 patients.with cancer control 9 noncancer patients. Increased ADA decreased XO, SOD, CAT activities found compared with those tissues. Differences also between enzyme the different disease stages grades. In tissues, only positive intracorrelations found, but both negative correlations established activities. Results suggested that purine metabolism salvage pathway activity nucleotides accelerated human via increased XO activities, probably together changes some other related and, free radical metabolising-enzyme depressed which indicated exposure to more radicalic stress.
