摘要: Although the role of adenosine deaminase (ADA), adenylate (AMP-DA), purine nucleoside phosphorylase (PNP) is well documented in gastric and intestinal carcinoma, their inflammatory bowel diseases remains unknown. In present study, we investigated profile these enzymes blood tissues during colitis. Colitis induced Wistar rats by acetic acid was monitored a marker enzyme myeloperoxidase (MPO). The tissue levels MPO increased on 1, 2, 5 6 days post-administration (PA) declined to control day 7 PA. parallel ADA AMP-DA decreased 2 without any significant change Similar observations were recorded for cytosolic extracts colonic specimens. contrast, PNP remained unaltered both samples. These findings suggest an inverse-relationship between inflammation deaminases tissues.
