摘要: Permanent magnets (PM) are critical components for electric motors and power generators. Non-rare earth (non-RE) PMs typically have small supply risks low cost compared to rare element (REE) PMs. There is a try purify super high-grade magnetic concentrate prepare raw materials ferrite magnet of non-RE Beneficiation (68%) iron ore was investigated by combination the low-intensity separation reverse flotation methods. The granulometric composition determined laser particle size analyzer. Element analysis assessed semiquantitative XRF analysis, mineralogical evaluated powder X-ray diffraction. effects field intensity during were on performance wet (WLIMS). optimum conditions starch as depressant determined. With separation, product >72% Fe <0.2% silicate grade produced preparing magnet.
