摘要: Abstract A program has been developed in Excel and written Visual Basic for Applications, which enables a decision maker to examine the robustness of solution obtained when using multi-criteria analysis (MCDA). The distance-based stochastic uncertainty approaches contained allow be made with confidence that alternative chosen is best performing under range probable circumstances. methodology overcomes limitations existing sensitivity techniques MCDA by enabling all input parameters varied simultaneously within their expected ranges. Weighted Sum Method (WSM) PROMETHEE are available user select program. illustrated applying it sustainable water resource development problem Northern Adelaide Plains, South Australia.
