摘要: OBJECTIVE To evaluate the association between vitamin D deficiency and diabetic nephropathy in type 2 patients. METHODS A total of 594 patients with diabetes were enrolled from inpatients Nanjing Medical University Affiliated Hospital. Fasting serum lipid profile, 25-hydroxycalciferol urinary albumin excretion rate investigated. The relationship ( < 20 µg/L) or insufficiency (20-<30 was analyzed. RESULTS Nephropathy found 177 subjects (29.8%) albuminuria 141 proteinuria 36 subjects. Vitamin 180 157 proportion higher individuals than those without (36.2% vs 27.8%, P 0.05). significantly normal concentration [(123.0 ± 299.2) mg/24h (47.6 97.1) mg/24h, 0.01]. prevalence (35.6% 26.1%, 0.05), while (12.2% 3.1%, 0.01). Logistic regression analysis demonstrated that associated (OR 1.57, 95%CI 1.04-2.37), even after adjustment for age, gender, hypertension, dyslipidemia, smoking status, use angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitors angiotensin receptor blockers 1.78, 1.12-2.81). negatively correlated (r = -1.783, 0.001). CONCLUSIONS Type have a high deficiency. is independently nephropathy.
