摘要: The complications associated with endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP) have been recently evaluated by the A/S/G/E research committee. Data were obtained on 3884 examinations a total complication rate of 21.6/1000. Complications included pancreatitis (51 cases), cholangitis (25 cardiopulmonary (4 perforation (3 bleeding (2 cases) and miscellaneous (9 cases). Five fatal reported. Ductal obstruction demonstrated ERCP should be relieved prompt surgical intervention because high frequency sepsis. has proven to valuable new addition in clinical evaluation variety pancreatic biliary tract diseases. It is procedure which may significant that must carefully monitored vigorously treated.
