摘要: Barium studies of the gastrointestinal tract are contrast examinations most frequently performed by radiologists. The inert nature barium sulfate and its use as a suspension insoluble particles make routine examination safest radiologic examinations. Complications these very infrequent considering vast numbers performed—more than 10 million in 1964 (1).
