Laparoscopy as a treatment for intraperitoneal bladder injury.

摘要: OBJECTIVE To present our experience of laparoscopic repair iatrogenic bladder perforation. MATERIAL AND METHODS Four cases intraperitoneal perforation occurred as a complication transurethral tumor resection. The mean age the patients was 66 years. Details surgical technique are presented. RESULTS operation time ranged from 25 to 60 min. There were no intra- or postoperative complications. average duration hospitalization 4 days and recovery < =12 days. CONCLUSION Laparoscopic is valuable alternative open surgery.
