摘要: A 45-year-old man presented with a 10-day history of dysuria and abdominal distention. Clinical examination revealed free intraperitoneal fluid tenderness in the lower abdomen. Hematological biochemical parameters were normal except blood urea nitrogen 76 mg/dL serum creatinine 3.4 mg/dL. Ultrasonography confirmed moderate ascites normal-appearing kidneys. In view high level, kidneys, acute-onset ascites, urinary was suspected. micturating cystogram showed extensive extravasation contrast. Cystoscopy identified 2.5-cm perforation on right side dome bladder. laparoscopic closure carried out 2 layers. The histopathology excised edge nonspecific inflammatory changes, subsequent urodynamic study normal. patient remains well 3 years later. This case highlights successful use laparoscopy treatment rare urological condition reviews previously reported cases bladder perforation.
