摘要: Abstract We present here a resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS) method for the determination of heparin at nanogram level using gemini surfactant (dodecyl polyoxyethylene ether biquaternary ammonium salt, DPBAS). It was found that DPBAS could react with anionic to form an ion-association complex, which induced enhancement RRS intensity and appearance new spectrum in Britton–Robinson buffer (pH 5.5). The spectral characteristics heparin–DPBAS system, optimum conditions reaction, influencing factors have been investigated. Under conditions, enhanced (Δ I ) proportional concentration range 0.05–0.6 μg/mL. has high sensitivity, detection limit is 4.3 ng/mL. proposed successfully applied pharmaceutical samples. Furthermore, mechanism interaction between explored conductivity methods, indicating reacting mainly exists micellar-type aggregates. A model reaction molecules proposed.
