摘要: One of the key factors determining effectiveness pepper anther cultures is donor plant genotype. The stock material for androgenic embryos inductions usually made up hybrid forms, since higher degree heterozygosity, greater chances producing regenerates with unique genotypes. aim presented research was to evaluate individual reaction in C. annuum (‘ATZ1’ × ‘TG’)F2, interspecific (C. frutescens chinense)F2 and DH line AT6. androgenesis determined individually each as percentage produced compared total number anthers cultured.
