摘要: The effect of topical application angiotensin on pial arterioles was examined in anesthetized cats equipped with a cranial window for the direct observation microcirculation parietal cortex. Angiotensin dose 0.01 to 1 microgram/ml constricted and arteries strongly. response smaller vessels greater than that larger ones. Intravenous administration 0.04--3.8 microgram/min raised arterial blood pressure arteries. While infusion continued at same dose, then reduced control level via bleeding into reservoir. This abolished vasoconstriction arteries, showing this due autoregulatory adjustments rise not angiotensin. We conclude that, despite strong constrictor intravenous can be used study effects hypertension cerebral circulation.
