摘要: The role of perivascular H+ and K+ in the adjustment pial arterial diameter during changes blood pressure was investigated chloralose anesthetized cats. Blood reduced by i.v. mecamylamine or pentolinium increased hypertensin. Pial arterioles arteries with a control ranging from 37–218 μ at spontaneous mean 128±16 (SD) mm Hg were studied. Vascular as measured TV image splitting showed typical reactions, i.e. constriction increase (up to 200 Hg) dilation decrease (down 60 Hg). Perivascular activities using pH microelectrodes (Hinke type) ion exchanger microelectrodes, respectively. Under conditions 7.25±0.11 activity 2.46±0.65 mM, During vascular reactions not accompanied significant alterations activity. From these data it can be concluded that mechanisms other than those which are mediated involved pressure.
