摘要: This paper uses a Monte Carlo study to compare some DIFdetection techniques with respect their ability detect uniform aswell as nonuniform item bias. The that are used in the comparison loglinearmodel, logistic regression model, signed and unsignedarea between characteristic curves, SOS1 theSOS3 measure. A first was set up assess theempirical distributions of unsigned area (in 2-PLM), theSOS1 SOS3 measures. second simulation compares all these DIF. It alsoinvestigated whether using two-stage approachyields better results.
