摘要: The profiles of tocopherol (T) and tocotrienol (T3) homologues in 37 samples seven different types bran (rye, wheat, oat, spelt, buckwheat, rice, corn), available on the Polish market, were studied. Tocochromanols identified quantified by reverse phase-high-performance liquid chromatograph/fluorescence detector phase-ultra performance chromatography-electrospray ionization/mass spectrometry. Only rice contained all eight tocochromanol types. Corn lacked β-T3; rye, spelt γ-T3 δ-T3; buckwheat β-T3, γ-T3, δ-T3. In corn tocopherols predominated (98 78%, respectively); whereas rich tocotrienols (78, 76, 66, 87, 66%, respectively). average total contents corn, 5.5, 16.2, 15.8, 14.7, 12.8, 10.7, 9.1 mg/100 g dry weight, respectively. Tocochromanol concentrat...
