摘要: We compared three self-rating scales (the Geriatric Depression Scale, the Zung and Center for Epidemiologic Studies Scale) with examiner-rating Hamilton Rating Comprehensive Psychopathological Scale-Depression, Cornell Scale), to see which was best 40 elderly (mean age 80 years) stroke patients, 17 of whom were depressed according clinical examination. External validity concurrent good all except Scale. Reliability (internal consistency) showed that some items not significantly correlated, might be explained by our selection patients.
