摘要: Stroke can lead to impairments that restrict participation in social roles. Despite being recognized as an important outcome rehabilitation, little is known about the predictors of participation. The aim this study was estimate independent contributions depressive symptomatology, gender and functional independence interaction between symptomatology predicting among stroke survivors 6 months post-stroke beyond those afforded by age, co-morbid conditions a history depression. Participants ( n =66) were patients admitted for regional hospital, did not have condition which expected death able provide consent. Two weeks post-stroke, following variables assessed: Depressive symtomatology, measured Stroke-Specific Geriatric Depression Scale; gender; independence, Barthel Index; age conditions, checklist. Three depression Structured Clinical Interview Diagnosis DSM-IV Axis I Disorders. Six Impact Scale. Multiple regression analyses generated significant model F (5,60) = 5.74, R 2 =37%, p <0.01), where greater predicted levels No other identified predictors. These results are line with evidence limitation risk factor restricted Screening targeting during hospitalization will allow rehabilitation programs identify at once return community.
