摘要: Risk factor modification remains as the principal aspect of care for stroke prevention. Understanding risk factors has advanced and several options are now available to treat modifiable factors. However, effective treatment a challenging task in clinical practice. Prevention begins with awareness by patients clinicians. assessment along overall estimation should be part evaluation stroke, used careful judgment. In this review we discuss impact traditional vascular on ischemic interventions prevention, evidence early where well areas research progress. Emphasis paid education patients, community medical personnel.
