摘要: We report here that anticancer drugs such as doxorubicin lead to induction of the CD95 (APO-1/Fas) system apoptosis and cellular stress pathway which includes JNK/SAPKs. Ceramide, accumulates in response different types chemo- radiotherapy, strongly induced expression CD95-L, cleavage caspases apoptosis. Antisense CD95-L well dominant-negative FADD inhibited ceramide- stress-induced Fibroblasts from type A Niemann-Pick patients (NPA), genetically deficient ceramide synthesis, failed up-regulate undergo after gamma-irradiation or treatment. In contrast, JNK/SAPK activity was still inducible by NPA cells, suggesting activation JNK/SAPKs alone is not sufficient for fibroblasts were restorable exogenously added ceramide. addition, triggering with an agonistic antibody. These data demonstrate links responses
