摘要: Rabbit alveolar macrophage (RAM) and Chinese hamster ovary (CHO) cells were used in vitro tests to evaluate the toxicity of particulate effluents from coal gasification, fluidized-bed combustion, conventional combustion. Evaluation cytotoxicity nine samples energy-related processes showed that sensitivity RAM assay was improved substantially when test conducted serum-free media. A linear relationship observed between percentage cell viability ATP level particletreated cultures. In without serum slope line 1.0, which provided strong evidence mechanism similar reducing ATP. The coal-related particles CHO clonal system approximately equivalent serum. Conventional combustion fly ash (<3 μm) most toxic system. Fluidized-bed a cyclone catch fine flue gas also both cellular assays. Particles gasification process least cytotoxic these studies.
